Technical Services and Support

In response to the growing needs of your company, we offer different levels of service, packaged in what we call Technical Service Agreements. These agreements are specially designed for your company and encompass all your technical needs. They cover a bench technician once a week through a full time network engineer.

These agreements are based on either six-month or one year technical support agreements and provide significant savings. These agreements offer technical or SE phone support (minimum deduction one-half hour increments), on-site repair or network support (deducted in one hour minimums) or any other level of service desired.

Pricing: (Service Agreements)

Because our Service Agreements are tailor-made for your company, pricing varies. However, the discounts are from 15-30%, depending on usage and length of the agreement.

Note: The response time is four hours on phone response and eight hours on-site. Customers needing faster response should choose our full service program. The number of hours agreed upon will expire at the end of the term of the agreement.  Renewals are automatic unless an adjustment of the amount of hours is requested 30 days prior to renewal.
